Curl on a bucket crypted with sse-kms without header

Question

Hello,

I am working on a project and I need to get object from a bucket s3 from an ec2 using curl. The bucket is crypted with sse-kms. 
The specificity is that I can’t add header to my request so I can’t put a signature v4 in it. I encounter a signature problem when trying to get object that I don’t get when I use sse-s3. 
So my question is, is it possible to get object from sse-kms encrypted object using curl without header ?

What about using a presigned URL to download with query parameters?

This allows you to set it as a parameter in the URL, not in the header.
