Hello Katt, I'm having exactly the same problem. I've had a requester account since March, 2020. As of two weeks ago, I get the same error as the OP when I log in. I have contacted the support team using the form suggested, but haven't gotten a response. It's been more than a week and I have data collection pending. Is there anyone else we can contact? Thanks!
