Please try navigating to the Account Activity page in Billing and Cost Management console using the steps outlined in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/invoice.html. On the Bills page, select the month from the Date list and view the summary and details of your charges for that month.
After the RDS DB instance is terminated, backup storage is billed at $0.095 per GiB-month - https://aws.amazon.com/rds/mysql/pricing/?pg=pr&loc=2. It is possible you still have your RDS DB snapshots which could attribute to the charge you are seeing.
The RDS might be active in a different region to which you are on. You should be able to see that under cost center.
I know that but im only on the EU(Frankfurt) region and the bills only shows Frankfurt too.

I have already deleted all of my snapshots. When i enter the rds i dont see anything on the databases section. I dont know what to do to stop the charging.
I have an another question. What will happen if i delete my account. Does it still charges me with the bills? Now i only have 0,42 cents of payment but i need to wait May 2 to pay it. But as i said it keeps me charging with more.
Interesting, so you don't see any explanation in the Bills page for the current month? Please refer to the "Access the Bills Page" in https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws-cloud-financial-management/student-focus-keeping-an-eye-on-your-aws-costs-and-usage/ to see what those 0,42 cents payment was for.
No on the bills page it said that im getting charged for Amazon Relational Database Service Backup Storage and Amazon Relational Database Service Provisioned Storage but when i go to the RDS section i cant find those to delete or close.
Can you please check if you are still being charged using Cost Explorer - Group by Usage Type as shown in https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws-cloud-financial-management/getting-started-with-aws-cost-explorer-part-1/?
