PAAPI5 searchItems endpoint, filter by MinReviewsRating not working

Question

When using the searchItems endpoint of paapi5 with the "MinReviewsRating" filter the response is always "no results", no matter what the value of this attribute is.
I believe it was working fine until the last few days, was anything changed?

Hi Yaakov,

If you are using the [PA-API 5](https://webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/documentation/), that is being deprecated on April 30th, 2026. Customers are being asked to migrate to the [Creators API](https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/creatorsapi/docs/en-us/introduction).

Since PA-API 5 is being deprecated and documentation is no longer being maintained, we recommend reaching out to [Amazon Associates Support](https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/node/) to ask about the MinReviewRating filter status and request guidance on migrating to the Creators API.

A workaround in the meantime while you are working on migrating or reaching out to their support, would be to filter client-side after results are fetched.
