How to resolve a profile push error to app AWS IAM Identity Center for an user from Okta

We have a user for whom we are getting profile push error while pushing update to AWS IAM Identity Center. We checked all possible things on Okta side and as a last resort, they suggest log a case with AWS. We see an odd value "PST8PDT" updated for this user for the attribute Timezone under IAM Identity Center, but there is no corresponding value in Okta. We doubt that this could be the cause of this issue. We are not able to edit the properties in AWS IAM Identity Center for this user as Edit button is greyed out. How can we resolve this issue? Is there any other thing which we need to check?
