How can resolve "This is a bug in the provider, which should be reported in the provider's own │ issue tracker." problem in terraform apply to iam role creation?

When I apply terraform,I have got an error like, "Error: Provider produced inconsistent final plan │ When expanding the plan for aws_iam_role.eks_cluster_role to include new │ values learned so far during apply, provider " This is a bug in the provider, which should be reported in the provider's own │ issue tracker. Let me know how can resolve it.
