403 PERMISION DENIED ERROR WHILE DOWNLOADING CERTIFICATE

I recently completed an AWS SKILSS test. I am thrilled about passing, but when I tried to download my certificate from the AWS Certification portal, I encountered a "403 Permission Denied" error.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? I have checked my account permissions and everything seems to be in order, so I am unsure why I am encountering this problem.

Hi - Thanks for checking in and congratulations on passing. Please ensure that you are logged into the AWS Certification account that you used to take the exam. The certificate can only be accessed from the account used for registration. If this does not resolve try open a support case or reach out to the certification support by using https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training
