Detect data types of random files in S3 bucket

I want to detect all different data types in a random file stored in the S3 bucket. Is there an AWS API for this case to get a list of the data types of each column in the unknown file? Is it possible to automatically convert the individual columns to the data types in Redshift?

Amazon Textract does not classify text it has read into data types. The API Actions / Data demonstrate how information is returned when you call the API. Information within a page is identified as different block types (e.g. Word, Line Key-Value, Table) as described here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/textract/latest/dg/API_Types.html
