Unable to login to EC2 using the administrator acount

Hello,

I tried to login my windows ec2 instance getting the below error:

To sign in remotely, you need the right to sign in through Remote Desktop Services. By default,
members of the Remote Desktop Users group have this right. If the group you're in doesn’t have
this right, or if the right has been removed from the Remote Desktop Users group, you need to be granted this right manually.

I have only local administrator account

Have you ever been able to login as Administrator to this EC2 instance? If this is the first attempt then double-check the password you are using is correct, the steps are here https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/retrieve-windows-admin-password

If the password won't work and you need to reset it then the stpes to do that are here https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/reset-admin-password
