AWS_APP_RUNNER issue

unexpected state 'CREATE_FAILED', wanted target 'RUNNING'. last error: %!s(<nil>) -> In terraform github actions steps id it : created ECR and attached the repos to AWS_APP_Runner and started to build the container all the steps finished successful through terraform but it show me this error? please do provide the solution for this
