Confirm aws resource group

I am trying to make sure I don't incur charges after free tier.

In aws resource groups All regions and all supported resource types

Even after deleting all resources, a few are still showing up. How do I make sure they are not user created ?

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Some may be resources that exist by default, but some are created by the use of services. Those resources can basically be deleted, so if you are concerned about them, you can delete them. Please note that S3 buckets in particular will incur charges if you do not delete the objects in the bucket if you do not need them.
