Problem with email

Hello, I have problem with WorkMail

I have solved the same problem with email several times, and they always told me that there is no problem, but the work emails don't always work for us 90% of the time. Either the message does not come, or the message goes to ads or spam. The other day I experienced an incredible shame when I sent important documents to a client and it didn't arrive several times and I had to send it from my personal gmail. It is absolutely unacceptable and I really don't know what to do anymore, it won't go on like this.


The support told me to re-verify my domain, so I did that. Can you give me any advice? have any of you had experience with this? Thanks for the answers
