Inserts/Deletes numbers in Table Statistics are for what duration

Looking at Database Migration Service (DMS) task in the console, there is a "Table Statistics" tab which displays the # of inserts, deletes, updates from the source table. Now for an ongoing replication in case CDC, these numbers represent changes for what duration? How do I tell for example that these inserts (or updates/deletes) correspond to changes being processed in last 15min for example?

Also, I suppose these numbers represent the number of records/rows already processed by DMS and sent to target destination right?
