Unable to Access E2 Instance

Hi,

Please help on my access to my Instance in E2?

I am unable connect to my instance using "Connect" and "Download Remote Desktop File", as I run the program, the below error message appear.

It was working before until last last week 25 Jun, there is an error in my server services, but I was not able to access. I result in doing "Action"->"Instance State"->"Stop" and "Start" again, the services was working again. Till now I am still unable to access my Instance.

Error Message using Connect File :

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

1. Remote access to the server is not enabled
2. The remote computer is turned off
3. The remote computer is not available on the network

Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
