My name is shinhan, and my AWS account ID is ruukr8080@gmail.com. Upon reviewing my recent billing statement, I noticed some unexpected charges that I would like to inquire about.

As a student, I have limited financial resources and did not anticipate these charges , as I believe I did not use the related services extensively. I would be extremely grateful if you could review the details and consider my situation sympathetically.

  1. What is the specific reason for these charges?
  2. Could you provide detailed information about the services or resources that incurred these charges?
  3. Are there any settings or methods to avoid such unexpected charges in the future?
  4. If these charges are incorrect or if there is any possibility for leniency, please guide me through the refund process or any available support options.

Because AWS re:Post is a forum site, we cannot access users' AWS accounts to check their resources and billing.
Therefore, you need to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" instead of AWS re:Post.
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
