The [InstanceLimitExceeded](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/troubleshooting-launch.html#troubleshooting-launch-limit) error indicates that you reached the limit on the number of running On-Demand Instances that you can launch in an AWS Region.
