Cannot create resource group - Blocked form submission

I tried to create a resource group on Chrome 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64) for macOS and when clicking on the "Create Group" button nothing happens. Navigating out of the page makes me lose the form fields values and the RG is not created. Opening Developer Tools, this error is shown on clicking on the "Create Group" button:

Blocked form submission to '' because the form's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-forms' permission is not set.

Obs: ad blocker was disabled
