Lightsail windows server 2012R to higher version

Hi,

You can not upgrade your Windows instance to a higher version, but you can migrate your data from the old instance by creating a snapshot of its root disk using Lightsail CLI, then create a disk from this snapshot, and then use this new disk as a secondary volume on the new instance (with higher version).
