Hello AWS Community,
I am experiencing a persistent issue accessing AWS Lightsail at https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/webapp/home, despite being able to log in to the main AWS console (console.aws.amazon.com) without any issues.
- Logged in to https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/console/home?region=us-east-1# successfully.
- Clicked on the "Lightsail" icon
- When attempting to access Lightsail, I encounter the following error message:
There seems to be a problem with your session.
Please try again in a few minutes or login again.
If the problem persists try clearing your browser cookies.
Steps I've Already Tried:
- Cleared browser cookies and cache.
- Attempted access using multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Changed network environments, including switching to a phone hotspot.
- Disabled ad blockers and similar extensions.
- Switched DNS settings.
- Attempted logging in and out, and also tried switching AWS regions within the AWS console.
Additional Information:
- I have verified that the AWS service health dashboard shows no current issues with Lightsail.
- The problem persists across all AWS regions in the US.

Could anyone please provide insights or further troubleshooting steps I might consider to resolve this session issue with Lightsail? Any advice or shared experiences with similar issues would be greatly appreciated!
