To answer your question, Amazon Connect does not have any API to get Amazon Connect recorded conversations directly.
However, there are multiple ways to obtain the recorded files using SDK and API's . Could you provide more details about the requirements or the outline of the scenario you need to achieve?

Remember that the recordings themselves are in S3, so that should give you whatever type of access you choose.
