Impossible to restore a Snapshot

Hello everybody! I am unable to restore a created snapshot. When choosing the restore option it does not load details of the instance, storage making it impossible to restore. It clearly appears to be a problem with the AWS console.

I'm also stuck with a legacy version of mysql 8.0.17 and can't update, even with a Blue/Green deployment. Also experiencing errors when using the AWS Console and RDS?

    So... i must buy a support plan, my account is basic. Is strange i must pay for a console issues.

I strangely have issues with the AWS console when on WiFi.

I would try a different browser and on a wired connection to be sure its not your local machine. You could also try a CLi restore.
