CUR query to get Elasticache resources and instance type across payer

folks, struggling to get instance family being used for Elasticache across Payer, I tried few combination of CUR queries to no avail. Does anyone have a tested reference to get the information? TIA

SELECT line_item_usage_account_id, product_servicename, Month, Product_region_code, line_item_line_item_type, line_item_resource_id, sum(line_item_unblended_cost) as Cost FROM "customer_cur_data"."customer_all" where And (year='2024' and month in ('xx','yy')) AND line_item_line_item_type NOT IN ('Tax','Refund','Credit','EDPDiscount') and product_servicename='Amazon ElastiCache' group by 1, 2,3,4,5,6
Modify this query to select appropriate year and Month if required
