AWS SES not working due to website hosting changes

0

Hi,

I recently changed my company website hosting from godaddy to hostinger. Now the AWS SES service is not working. I'm unable to send emails to my company account. How can I resolve this?

Thanks for the help.

Hi Kashayap, You need to make sure that there is MX record entry on hostinger. After that, make sure that domain name is verified on SES. Then create new API credential for SES account. Then you are good to go.

Hi Abhijeet,

Thanks for the response. The domain is verified and the email being used is also verified, moved out of the sandbox.

Just the change of website service provider has disturbed the configuration.

I'm not able to understand whether I can use the following end points or not from the link below. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/regions.html#region-endpoints

  1. which server should I configure.
  2. my instance is hosted in ap-south-1. According to above link, I'm not sure if I will be able to receive emails or not

Thanks.
