Dear AWS Educate Support Team,

I am currently signed in and actively using AWS Educate for learning purposes. I have been diligently completing the assigned tasks and earning reward points daily. My primary motivation for enrolling in the AWS Educate program was to work towards obtaining the AWS Solutions Architect Associate exam voucher, which was listed as a reward until recently.

However, I have noticed that the exam voucher is no longer available in the rewards section. Since this voucher was my main goal, the sudden removal has left me uncertain about continuing the course, as it diminishes the value I was expecting from the program.

Could you please check and clarify why I am no longer eligible to claim the exam voucher, and whether it will be made available again soon?
