It seems like there may be a discrepancy between the email address associated with your Amazon (retail) account and the one associated with your AWS account. Here's what you can try to resolve this issue: You can refer to this too :- https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/change-email-address and if there is need please contact AWS Support: Reach out to AWS customer support and explain the situation. They should be able to assist you in updating the email address associated with your AWS account. You can contact AWS support through the AWS Management Console by clicking on the "Support" menu and selecting "Support Center"
