Business account has been locked after 24 hours

Hey guys, faced issues with that business account being locked after 24 hours, a few months ago, cause we didn't provide company documents in time. So now we've created a new account with company docs and all the detailed info that is needed, and seems like we fell under the automatic filter (so the new account has been locked as well) How to resolve this issue, support tickets are also filtered and we can not contact to any real person ...
