AppStream 2.0 pricing and data consistency

My client wants to use application streaming to let employees access five or six corporate applications. Regarding the use of AppStream 2.0 I understand that all the applications can be installed in the same image. Does the number of applications have an impact on the price (apart from the size of the image)? Also, when using AppStream 2.0 how does the consistency of the data work? Where is the data stored?
