I am trying o setup a webserver on an EC2 instance and then I have added the domain via route 53 and also cerated a app load balancer and added lsiteners via http and https (where I used certificate for that domain via ACM) - while http traffic is coming through, httsp traffic is not coming through and when I do this on the command line it gives me this error suggesting some security rule not alowing me inside

and on the browser when I access as https://api.somedomain.com, I get the error as (on chrome)
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
the ceritificate i have taken only with api.somedomain.com and I have sent rules only to this specific domain oly --> api.somedomain.com
any idea or help on what rule is preventing the https traffic to flow? Thanks in advance

api.somedomain.com will be a record in Route 53 whose value is the DNS name of the load balancer. What happens when you run that
opensslcommand against the load balancer's name?
