vfs-worker take 8080 port all time

The worker is required for the IDE to be usable and it needs to restart after crashing/terminating.

• How did you determine that worker is using port 8080? Does running sudo lsof -i :8080 show the worker?
• Did you try using the kill command with the -9 flag, e.g kill -9 <PID>?
