Hi there, i would highly recommend logging a support case to get AWS support to assist where they can - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html

You need to go to the webser server log path. Check the files that were updated recently and ask your developer to check the Errors. It should have a clue there.
