AWS cognito Forgot password both mail and sms

Question

For AWS cognito in  "Configure how users will recover their account when they forget their password. " want to configure in such a way that both otp shoul be recieved from both sms and mail

Hi,

I think that Cognito does not natively support sending the recovery code that is required to change the user's password to both destinations at the same time.

As described on the [AWS documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/how-to-recover-a-user-account.html), Amazon Cognito chooses the code delivery destination based on the priority that you set.

If you do not specify a priority, Cognito uses a verified phone first. if it is not configured, It will try to the use verified email.

Finally, if neither a verified phone number nor a verified email exists, the API returns InvalidParameterException.
