If by QPS you mean the number of queries/transactions per second, this information is available in our documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/cloudwatch_limits.html

400 TPS per Region. The maximum number of operation requests you can make per second without being throttled.
