Hi , I noticed from my bank statement that after doing a FREE trial every month I get money taken from a subscription that I didn't subscribe to so please cancel my subscription and delete my account profile from your site and delete my credit card information associated with your site . I await your reply. Thank you

Submit the ticket through support center and select the Topic Account and Billing and add all the information and submit the ticket.
