We can view and print the latest usage details and invoice by going to the "Bills" section in the AWS Billing and Cost Management console and selecting the "Print" option.

To view your latest billing details and print the invoice in AWS Management Console, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into the AWS Management Console
  2. Open the Billing and Cost Management console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/costmanagement/
  3. Choose "Bills" to see details about your current charges

On the Bills page, you'll see a monthly view of your AWS charges. For billing periods that haven't closed yet, you'll see the most recent estimated charges based on services metered to date.

To print an invoice:

  1. Navigate to the "Invoices" tab on the Bills page
  2. This tab lists invoices for each service provider you transacted with during the selected billing period
  3. Find the invoice you want to print and click on the "Invoice ID"
  4. This will open a PDF version of the invoice that you can download and print

If you're using AWS Organizations, users logged into the management account can view consolidated charges for all member accounts, with account-level detail available on the "Charges by account" tab.

Note that you need the necessary permissions to access billing information in the AWS Management Console.
