cant ssh from linux kali to my lightsail ubuntu

hello.
I cant connect to my lightsail ubuntu from my linux kali with ssh it says "Network is unreachable".
I also tried to connect with a program that uses ssh connection (not putty) and it says that my credentials are invalid.
anyone know why?
