IPv6 support for Cloudwatch Logs

Question

The CloudWatch logs endpoints are all IPv4-only (e.g. logs.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com). This makes it difficult to e.g. export logs from a CloudWatch agent running on an IPv6-only EC2 instance. Is there a roadmap for supporting IPv6 on these endpoints?

I believe you'll need to use the `logs..api.aws` service endpoints to connect over IPv6. See here:
