Redshift Cluster Resizing stuck at 97%

Hi, this is the second time when I have tried to resize the redshift cluster using "classic" resize from node type ra3.xlplus(12nodes) to ra3.4xlarge(2nodes) and the process get stuck after transferring 97% of data. It is stuck for the last 22hrs (by the time I am writing this question). The targeted resize cluster is getting restarted every 2mins. Did anyone face such a problem before?

There is a Faster Classic Resize (FCR) in Private preview. Kindly open a support ticket. I have seen other customers taking similar 20-22 hours before, was reduced with FCR to under 15 minutes.
