AWS Builder ID Creation

I am unable to login using my official AWS Builder ID. When ever I try to login using my office email, I am getting re-directed to "Create your AWS Builder ID" screen and after filling my email and name, it gives an error message "Sorry, email is already taken. You can try to sign in using this email address, or enter a different email address to continue signing up." And then if I again go to login page it keeps re-directing to "Create your AWS Builder ID" screen. This is going in circles.

Check for Existing AWS Accounts: Confirm whether your email address is associated with an existing AWS account or AWS Builder ID. You might have inadvertently created an account or the email might be linked to another AWS service.
