AppStream 2.0 instances are ephemeral by design therefore the computer name will be different for each new session that is provisioned. Additionally the PhotonUser account is the default account for non-domain joined AppStream instances and, thus, cannot be modified.
If you are looking for a persistent solution, you may want to look into Amazon WorkSpaces

Additionally, you can use the Windows environment variables to see the username of the user that's streaming: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/appstream2/latest/developerguide/customize-fleets.html#customize-fleets-user-instance-metadata. You can use this environment variable in your script or application where an actual user's username is needed.
It is quite challenging to fix the computer name and user name in Appstream. I will consider other means. Thank you all for your cooperation.
