Instance i-d7013076 was stuck. I thought software problem. Stopped. Now stuck at stopping.

As per this https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-instance-stuck-stopping-state/ it seems this could be an underlying hardware failure.

How can I alert AWS team that this hardware might be failing?

It stopped alone (I did not have to do anything else other than wait ~1/2h). I started it and seems to work.

So, for me there's no problem, now.

Nevertheless I still want to raise the alert for the AWS crew to review if there's any HW problem that might affect other AWS clients.
