You can use Amazon MQ service. AMQP and MQTT are available there

Amazon MQ for RabbitMQ doesn't currently support the MQTT plugin. Here is the list of supported plugins.

As an alternative, you can use MQTT with Amazon MQ for ActiveMQ.
