Hi,
as long as you have deleted all your buckets in all the regions you used, you should be good to go.
Also you can check this guide to make sure you delete all resources before you close the account, as closing an account does not terminate the resources in it: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/terminate-resources-account-closure

I too have terminated everything I can but billing says EC2 is still accruing costs. I terminated weeks ago with help from an AWS worker, yet here I am searching again how to stop getting charged for what never worked. My "on demand" service never would publish, so I'm still not sure what demand there was. I'm going to contact the CFPB because AWS clearly cannot manage its own services.
