How can I create an S3 object loading time chart in the CloudWatch custom dashboards?

I want to create a bar chart where the Y axis should be a bucket's average S3 object loading time, and the X axis should be a bucket name. And each chart should represent a country's data. I got a similar picture for reference but not the exact one. Can anybody help me with that?
