opt-out from Aurora Postgres update

Hi notmaxx. I am a development manager for Aurora PostgreSQL. While our patching is generally opt-in, we occasionally require a mandatory patch. This is one of those cases. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. If you would like to send me a pm so I can better understand you desire for an opt-out, feel free to do so. However as a managed service we take responsibility for the health of the fleet, which includes mandatory patching when we deem it appropriate.
