Hi
I don't think it is possible, Correct me, anyone, if i am wrong, As i can't see the option to edit the site settings to update the Directory Service. But there is an alternative possibility ,
You can use Migrating files to Amazon WorkDocs
- You can create New Empty site using the different Directory Service [Site url Must be different and unique for the world ]
- Migrate the existing files to the New site you have created by using the documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workdocs/latest/adminguide/migration.html

Thanks for your reply. I've thought so, that I've must create a new Workdocs site in order to point to another AD Connector. But the link you specified to do a migration works for files on premises, ¿or can I select another workdocs site along with S3 accounts available? If answer is yes, then I'll tag your reply as the answer.

Yes you need to create new workdocs site, I have specified a link about the migration because for Example if you have existing data you would like to migrate you can use Migration process once the New workdocs site is created with another AD. If you do not have existing data in old Workdocs site, so Migration is not required. I am happy to answer if you need more clarifications. Thanks in advance...!
