WorkDocs shows "Authentication Failed"

Hi team, I am a twitch employee and I have received a WorkDocs link in my Amazon email inbox to help our Amazon coworkers with their work. I am confused about what username and password to use. I tried my twitch emails (tzenge@twitch.tv & tzenge@justin.tv), Amazon email (tzenge@amazon.com) and all my passwords. But I still cannot open the WordDocs link. If I need to use tzenge@amazon.com to open this link, is it possible to reset my account password? Thank you!
