Are there any plans to update the CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark standard to a newer version?

Security Hub uses v1.2.0 of the CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark. The latest release of this CIS benchmark is v1.5.0. Are there any current plans to update the standard to a newer version? If so, any idea when it might be ready for production?

Hello, We are actively tracking the CIS AWS benchmarks framework and we will support future versions going forward. Please follow Security Hub's What's New page as updates will be released there as they become available.
