EC2 Instance Connect is unable to connect to my instance

Hi all,
Im beginner on AWS, i dosen't know why each time im trying to connect to my instance i got this error : Failed to connect to your instance EC2 Instance Connect is unable to connect to your instance, Ensure your instance network settings are configured correctly for EC2 Instance Connect. For more information...
On my Inbound rules i made 3 rules :
- SSH ------- port------22---------custom adress
- HTTPS -------port ------- 443 ----- custom adress
- All Trafic -------port ------- all ----- custom adress

You will need to add the IP addresses of the Instance connect service. See: Task 1: Configure network access to an instance.
(Amazon EC2 console) Ensure that the security group associated with your instance allows inbound SSH traffic from the IP address range for this service. To identify the address range, download the JSON file provided by AWS and filter for the subset for EC2 Instance Connect, using EC2_INSTANCE_CONNECT as the service value. For more information about downloading the JSON file and filtering by service, see AWS IP address ranges in the Amazon Web Services General Reference.
