getting empty response from prometheus query api

I created the prometheus server and attached it to eks cluster. I checked all the pods are running without any fail. There are no errors.

When I am executing below prometheus query api it is giving empty response but it should give all the information. https://aps-workspaces.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/workspaces/ws-c6cb7809-132a-47b1-bbac-081cba5fa13c/api/v1/query?query=up response - { "status": "success", "data": { "resultType": "vector", "result": [] } } Kindly help.
