Hey, try to ensure your domain and email address are verified in SES, MX records correctly point to WorkMail, and the user exists in WorkMail. Check DNS settings for correct SPF and DKIM records. Lastly, verify SES is configured to route emails to your WorkMail organization.

Hi,
I took a look at you MX record and its incorrectly configured. Its pointing to multiple services and the incorrect service has the lowest priority. Please ensure that the MX record only contains the WorkMail MX record so mail goes to WorkMail.
Kind regards, Robin

Ok when I set up the workmail, it didn't tell me to do anything with the MX records. So where is the resource on pointing the MX records to Workmail? currently my MX records points to feedback-smtp.us-east-1.amazonses.com. only
I mean you should try to verify your domain and Verifying TXT records and MX records with your DNS service
